As a Risk Governance Specialist in the LATAM region, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the Firm's overall Control and Governance Framework is effective across Latin America.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Firm's regional control initiatives, with a focus on regulatory remediation activities. This includes collaborating with In-Business Risk and Control Change Leads, Country In-Business Control Officers, and Function Heads to drive region-wide controls initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the coverage of the risk and control governance model, as established by the In Business Cluster Heads following the guidelines of LATAM Controls Head
- Manage complex projects independently and resolve day-day project issues and conflicting workload priorities
- Report project statuses, next steps, and issues / risks to stakeholders and regional/global sponsors
Requirements:
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and define applicability to processes, products, and services
