Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Leader to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategies, plans, and execution for the Flavored Alcohol Beverages (FAB) category.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial planning and analysis for the FAB category, partnering cross-functionally across the region and with Coca-Cola bottling partners. You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive growth and profitability, while ensuring alignment with our company's overall strategy.

Main Responsibilities
- Partner with Global & OU Category lead to assess category opportunities, develop growth acceleration strategies, and drive financial performance.
- Collaborate with FAB & DP Finance Lead to drive revenue growth and profitability, aligning with category financial strategy and models.
- Lead FAB innovation projects, working together with FAB & DP Finance Ops to ensure successful implementation and integration.
- Support financial business planning and forecasting for the FAB Category across LATAM, providing granular volume and revenue projections by brand, country, and time period.
- Ensure financial performance, strategy, and alignment with key stakeholders, including correct reporting of financial metrics around FAB.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, with an MBA or related master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning (FP&A) or commercial finance, with increasing responsibility and scope, preferably in the alcohol industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to partner and influence effectively with stakeholders.
