Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Product Manager Junior to join our Commercial OPS SIR SZ team in San José, Costa Rica. As a Product Manager Junior, you will play a key role in supporting the actions of marketing and being part of the Brand Team that designs the strategic plan of Marketing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering strategies and managing products according to the product life cycle;
- Supporting budget planning process for responsible product;
- Implementing, reviewing, and ensuring product plans are in line with SOP of marketing;
- Monitoring and controlling product performance and adjusting plans accordingly;
- Anticipating future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products;
- Training and building up of strong Field Force team to deliver key messages;
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt;
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration;
- 2 years of experience in Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills including assertiveness and client-oriented mindset;
- Track record of sound problem-solving skills and action-oriented mindset;
- Good communication and written skills in English;
- Experience working on Agile teams is a plus.
