Citi seeks a highly skilled Desktop and Infrastructure Technician to join our team. As a key player in our organization's IT department, you will be responsible for providing local desktop and infrastructure support to our business stakeholders.
In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to resolve technical issues, provide analysis for complex problems, and escalate as necessary. You will also work closely with local, regional, and global teams to identify initiatives that impact your supported environment and provide input on project implementations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and diagnostic skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure or to deadlines. A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. Additionally, 0-2 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role and proficiency in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide local desktop and infrastructure support to CSC businesses and end users
- Resolve moderately complex technical issues, provide analysis for more complex problems, and escalate as necessary
- Work closely with local, regional, and global teams to identify initiatives that impact supported environment and provide input on project implementations
- Communicate with Third Party Suppliers and have supervision over processes performed by Vendors
