Transformation Strategist

At JLL, we're committed to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. As a Transformation Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery activities that focus on informing, equipping, and preparing audiences impacted by change.

This strategic role focuses on the people side of transformation, including changes to business processes, systems, job roles, and organization structures. You'll partner with project stakeholders to support the adoption of required changes through guiding transformation strategy and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand current vs desired state to make a gap analysis and design tools needed to implement change.
• Lead meetings with clients to assess critical change variables, including potential business risks and points of resistance.
• Determine the impact of the organization's history and culture on the change.
• Support execution of plans by client's managers and business unit leaders.
• Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors.
• Work with project teams to integrate transformation activities into the overall project plan.

About the Role:

$115,000 - $140,000 per year (dependent on location)
