Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Efficiency Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes to optimize product quality and reduce costs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze production systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches.
- Support technical writing activities, including creating and reviewing product documentation.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, drawings, and proposals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
4 years of experience in process development for medical devices.
Familiarity with manufacturing process development and validation activities.
Experience working with Minitab or equivalent statistics software.
