Travel Ambassador

As a Travel Ambassador at TUI, you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs and preferences, and then tailor our services to meet those requirements.

• Assist guests with online products and services, providing them with expert advice and guidance.
• Meet and greet guests, taking the time to understand their travel plans and preferences.
• Work closely with the TUI team to ensure that all aspects of the guest's experience are met or exceeded.
• Monitor and celebrate success through regular sales target updates and guest feedback results.

• A competitive salary starting from $4,425,000.00 CRC gross/year.
• Commission earning opportunities on top of your basic salary, with average potential earnings of $1,500 - $1,800 USD per month.
• A company iPad and uniform, standard issue for all TUI staff.
• A 48-hour work week, with one day off per week.
• 14 days of paid holiday per year, plus two additional days (birthday and happy day).
• Complimentary access to the TUI Learning Hub, Skills Academy, and Language Lessons.

• You must be a consistently happy colleague and great team player.
• You should be a true people person, confident in communicating and selling to international guests while remaining calm and empathetic in crisis situations.
• You should be willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it, and all about our incredible products and services.
• You must be fully conversational in English and speak either German, Dutch, or French.
• A driving license is highly beneficial.
