Citi seeks a Background Screening Operations Specialist to provide operations support services for background screening requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for background screening processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of requests to vendors
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and risk control partners to resolve discrepancies and determine final dispositions
- Manage workload through case management tools, prioritizing conventional screening requests, rescreening projects, and ad-hoc submissions
- Analyze trends and anomalies in background screening results and recommend process improvements
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Requirements:
- Advance English level
- High school diploma degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
