Job Description
Kareo is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Process Lead to join our team.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Optimizing the collection of payments
- Negotiating payment plans with customers
- Resolving collection/payment issues
- Overseeing payment processing through our lockbox banking partner
- Participating in special ad-hoc projects related to AR
You will work closely with our Customer Service Managers and Sales team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Your professional qualifications should include:
- 5+ years of experience handling accounts receivables, deductions, credit, and collections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in high-volume environments with thousands of transactions
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks and process improvements
