As a Supply Chain Planner at Medtronic, you'll have a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our Cardiac Ablation Solution products. Your responsibility will be to develop and implement short, medium, and long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, and supply in support of business growth. You'll ensure product availability while meeting inventory targets and flawless launches of new products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
  • Accountable for product availability, back orders, and inventory management, effectively managing the supply chain to meet and exceed KPIs relating to service levels, net requirement attainment, inventory levels/inventory weeks, and backorder dollars.
  • Develop expertise in the coverage area, understanding relationships with sites, both internal and external, and the products made.
  • Integrate production capabilities and delivery calendars into supply/inventory plans using multiple methodologies, including master scheduling, every-part-every-interval, pull, and more.
  • Plan, prepare, issue, and control production schedules and direct material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of raw and approved finished goods materials timed to meet production requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical, planning, Excel, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish communication and business proficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience in Supply or Distribution Planning.
  • Knowledge or certification of SAP, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma, APICS.
  • APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification.
  • High level of integrity and accountability, curiosity, and inquisitiveness.
  • Experience managing projects and working in teams.
  • Familiar with working in an ISO 13485 and FDA regulated environment.
