The primary responsibility of the Enterprise Licensing Solutions Expert is to assist clients with their license fulfillment - from initial activation and delivery through expansions, migrations, and resolving issues with utilized licenses, while maintaining the entitlement database in the Software Licenses and Downloads portal.
This role requires problem resolution and independent judgment, working on assignments that demand analytical skills and customer-centric approach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., sales reps, account managers, or partners) for resolving delivery-related issues with license keys and software.
• Provide timely and accurate license keys with minimal repeated communication, ensuring seamless customer experience.
• Educate clients and facilitate the process of license key delivery and access requests to the fulfillment system.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams, promoting effective collaboration and issue resolution.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
• Strong knowledge of customer relations principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, confident telephone manner, and customer service abilities.
• Mastery of the English language.
• Familiarity with microcomputer hardware and basic operating systems software.
• Customer-oriented ability with a focus on quality and detail.
