Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize spend and improve supplier relationships
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lean practices throughout the procurement organization
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on program management
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in a relevant field, such as CPM or CPSM (nice to have)
