We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager III to join our team at Object Technology Solutions, Inc. (OTSI). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Capture and confirm project scope, schedule, impact, tracking, and reporting.
- Perform project management functions across assess, plan, build, and execution phases.
- Manage cross-functional team engagement, requests, and service delivery schedules of content, operations, and learning platforms.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Drive critical project management gates and phases to achieve alignment of execution deliverables and commitment to outcomes.
- Manage the development, delivery, and execution of projects leveraging multiple delivery mechanisms and learning platforms.
- Facilitate and lead weekly planning sessions, maintaining communications of project and program status, and overall project and program plan of records with stakeholders.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions.
- Understanding of learning metrics and importance of capturing key learner insights tied to critical business measures.
