Job Summary

This Housekeeping Professional position involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms, responding to guest requests, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stock and transport carts with supplies to assigned areas.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Vacuum carpets, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull heavy carts over uneven surfaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
