Job Summary
This Housekeeping Professional position involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms, responding to guest requests, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Stock and transport carts with supplies to assigned areas.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Vacuum carpets, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to push and pull heavy carts over uneven surfaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
