About the Role

Marriott International, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Accuracy
  • Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and rolling the date.
  • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
Guest Services
  • Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges.
  • Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency.
Operational Efficiency
  • Sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability.
  • Operate telephone switchboard station, process requests for wake-up calls, and advise guest of any messages.
Reporting and Compliance
  • Complete the Room Rate Variance Report.
  • Process all guest check-ins and assign room.
Requirements

We are looking for a Night Auditor who has excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be able to work accurately under pressure and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems. You will also need to be able to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
