About the Role
This position plays a critical role in providing high-quality information to customers, shareholders, and regulators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in developing and implementing efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data standards to support regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Citigroup's Data Management Policy.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
- Lead control activities for daily reconciliations and proof functions.
- Analyze aged general ledger accounts to identify trends and issues.
- Investigate and resolve open items, discrepancies, and problems.
- Publish daily performance reports on the Transaction Authentication Function (MIFT).
- Contribute to weekly MIS reporting and participate in projects impacting proof and recon functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
