In our Finance/Corporate function, we're seeking a strong Reporting specialist to support North America. This role provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and high-performing organization, with access to key data at regional level and high exposure to executives.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of progressive experience in Finance, 4+ years in reporting roles, and strong experience managing reporting tools like Hyperion, MINT, Tableau, etc. They'll be detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, and able to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
We're looking for someone who can drive process improvements and standardization across financial reporting and analysis models, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline is required, along with advanced English language skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, partnering with Global Teams and presenting reports to Senior Leaders, including Regional CFOs, CEOs, and Global CFOs and CEO. The successful candidate will also have strong written communication skills, ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization, and demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.
