Network Security and Engineering Director

We are looking for a skilled and experienced leader to join our Cloud Network Engineering team.
This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Network and Security Infrastructure in Experian's public cloud environments across the globe. The Manager of Cloud Network Engineering will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the team to ensure that they deliver high-quality solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement network and security policies and procedures.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain complex network and security architectures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of working experience in a customer-driven support role for an organization similar to Experian.
- 6+ years of experience leading an operations-engineering team for a large enterprise.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Experience with AWS services such as Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC, ALB, NLB, AWS PrivateLink, EKS, and other networking services.
