Citi is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join its Banking Capital Markets team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or accounting, with at least 6-10 years of experience in planning and analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to senior management, developing insights and models to inform strategic decisions, and working closely with local FP&A teams and business partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the operating model of the BCMA Global Consolidation team
- Developing analytical support for local FP&A teams and their business partners
- Understanding how work impacts overall organization and bank strategies to make judgements and recommendations based on analysis
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese being an asset.
