We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to support our operations team in the development of efficient processes within our company system. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop processes and implement them in our company system

• Provide support to our US employees with various tasks, including reports, letters, and anniversaries

• Attend training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

• Offer exceptional customer service via phone or electronically

• Work a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 7:45am to 4:45pm
