We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst - Financial Reporting to join our Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating, tracking, and submitting financial reports in accordance with local regulatory guidelines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating and submitting financial reports to various constituencies (local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting
- Assisting with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period
- Performing analysis of financial results and concluding cause of variances such as accounting issues and economic events
- Producing metrics to senior management highlighting key issues and remediation status and maintaining and enhancing related operational and analytical procedures
- Assisting in the development of process efficiencies and improvement efforts as well as data quality improvement projects
- Interpreting policies, guidelines, and processes and resolving complex problems and transactions
- Acting as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
