About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Recruitment Professional to design and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent for technology, professional, digital, and creative roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop role-specific criteria and job descriptions. Your strong background in customer service and ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews and assessments through various means, including video calls and phone interviews
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop role-specific criteria
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and partners

You will also be responsible for managing multiple open roles simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment. If you possess strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills, and expertise in crafting complex Boolean search strings, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within technology, professional, digital, and creative skill sets
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, ATS, and other recruitment technologies
  • Strong background in customer service, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Expertise in crafting complex Boolean search strings
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable conducting meetings in various formats (in-person, video, phone)
