As a Strategic Supply Chain Data Insights Analyst at Huntsman, you will contribute to the development of innovative analytical approaches that support our supply chain operations and strategy. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and rolling out advanced planning and scheduling models, data analytics tools, process mining, cost-to-serve modeling, and freight management solutions in alignment with our supply chain management processes.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional groups to enhance analytical capabilities, identify business opportunities, and quantify the impact of strategic projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Updating and supporting reporting systems primarily via Power BI to present data analytics results to affected businesses and/or functions.
- Introducing Machine Learning methodologies across various business use cases.
- Developing a deep understanding of business problems and translating them into mathematical depictions.
- Driving the execution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to address business needs.
- Collecting, cleansing, and understanding complex data sources to enable proper analytical modeling.
- Managing special projects, pilots, proof of concepts, and ad-hoc project work.
- Participating in the evaluation, intake, design, and integration strategy between multiple supply chain functions and data sources.
- Supporting Celonis' Process Mining models to visualize process flows, identify bottlenecks, and streamline process efficiencies through alerts and automated actions.
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, data science, or a related field.
Experience with development in Power BI, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Celonis, HSIMS, and other technologies.
Experience with SAP (R4) and/or SAP (4HANA). Preferred qualifications include experience with programming, statistical, and probabilistic analysis tools such as SPSS Minitab, R, Python, AIMMS, interest/experience with Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
