We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Knowledgebase Architect to lead our knowledge management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement a robust ServiceNow Knowledgebase that meets the needs of our global workforce.

Responsibilities- Design and configure the ServiceNow Knowledgebase to meet business requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to understand systems and data requirements from business and regions/countries
- Own the governance process and execution of the Knowledgebase, including metatagging strategy and plan application
- Train and manage content owners, providing ongoing education and improvement opportunities
- Conduct analysis, design, evaluations, modification, testing, and implementation of the Knowledgebase
