About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tour Guide to lead our excursions and tours in Liberia Costa Rica. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing engaging and relevant information to our guests during our tours, working closely with colleagues in the excursions department, and ensuring that our customers receive a unique and fascinating travel experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Guide one-day excursions, shore excursions, and multi-day tours, describing points of interest and answering questions.
  
• Lead natural history and cultural interpretation tours, guiding groups or individuals through historical sites, museums, geographic destinations, and outdoor excursions.
  
• Provide a worthwhile experience for guests during tours, explaining safety procedures and briefing guests on any conditions they need to be aware of.
  
• Ensure the comfort and well-being of guests during tours.
  

About You

We are looking for a certified or licensed Tour Guide by the Costa Rica Tourism board, with experience in the tourism business and a strong focus on quality and efficiency. You should be a proactive professional with excellent customer service skills, able to work under intense pressure scenarios and be fluent in verbal and written English.
