Job Title: Senior Information Security Specialist

Experian is seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Specialist to join our Global Security Office (EGSO) team. As a key member of our Client Security Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our clients' data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client audits, including on-site and virtual presentations, to ensure compliance with security controls and risk posture.
  • Support commercial teams in presenting Experian's security controls and risk posture to clients through Requests for Information/Requests for Proposal and pre-sales consultancy.
  • Review contractual security clauses and deliverables to ensure Experian does not exceed risk tolerance or fail to meet client requirements.
  • Lead Experian's security posture to justify changes with clients and articulate contractual risks to the team.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and timely responses to security questionnaires and ad-hoc inquiries from clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistent client experiences and act as a mentor to junior members.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of network and technical security controls, including investigative skills for addressing findings.
  • Knowledge of security concepts applicable to different environments (on-prem, cloud).
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills to tailor complex technical issues for multiple audiences.
  • Project management and client management skills to handle multiple tasks and control client-imposed deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment, with at least 3 years in information security solutions or services.
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, such as auditing, consulting, account management, or responding to security questionnaires.
  • Professional security certification, such as CISSP/CISM/CISA/ISO27001LA, or willingness to pursue relevant accreditations.
