About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at Freudenberg. As an AR Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely collections, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and complete financial records, including collections, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve delinquent accounts, working closely with customers to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the commercial/sales team to achieve organizational targets and drive business growth.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash applications, and AR transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports, providing insights to drive business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Accounting Technician or Private Accountant certification, or currently studying a career in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS) and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
