About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Strategic Leader to join our team at Te Connectivity. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing people in accordance with company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the vision and strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Execute and ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines.
  • Support the Talent Attraction team in their efforts to recruit top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent retention strategies to keep our best employees engaged.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes to drive business results.
  • Provide input for payroll payments and make salary proposals in promotion processes and salary increases in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate the induction and training of new collaborators and ensure job descriptions are kept up to date.
  • Manage the benefits provided to employees and monitor organizational climate evaluation tools.
  • Support all operational and management departments and ensure compliance with corporate and government policies that regulate labor relations.
  • Guarantee the resolution of labor conflicts and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management metrics.
  • Provide support to relocation processes and propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably in Shared Services, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership or human resource management positions.
  • Advanced command of the English language, at least 90%.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Clear understanding of human resource management and organizational development, including compensation systems, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, and organizational culture.
  • Management of human resources systems, including Excel, Power Point, and Power BI (desirable).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • General management knowledge and skills.
