About the Role


The Financial Performance Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring timely payments from customers and maintaining accurate financial records.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage customer interactions to secure payments as per established terms
  • Complete daily worklists following collection strategy guidelines
  • Document, log, and escalate unsolved disputes in a timely manner
  • Compile reports on delinquent accounts and collection efforts
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service, and other departments
  • Educate and inform others on payment processes and procedures
  • Identify and address potential payment concerns and red flags
  • Contribute to process improvements within the Invoice to Cash team
  • Maintain accurate customer master data elements and documentation
  • Comply with all internal control procedures to ensure accurate financial records

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Technical degree or at least 2 years of university studies in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience working with collections-related systems (SAP, Oracle, Getpaid, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments

What We Offer
