About This Role

As a technical support engineer at Microsoft, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support experience, owning, troubleshooting, and solving complex customer technical issues using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge of .Net Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure, Amazon web services, iCloud
  • Proficiency in Languages and Compilers: C, C++, C#, VB.NET, JAVA, HTML5
