Job DescriptionThe OTC Cash Application Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the mission to leverage resources on a global scale through shared services. This position reports directly to the OTC Cash Application Supervisor and is responsible for delivering Best In Class OTC processes in accordance with negotiated Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily cash receipts, unapplied cash, and prepaid cash accounts.
- Reconcile cash receipts to customer invoices/statements, including adjustments, deductions, rebates, and payment discrepancies identified.
- Perform account clearings and reconciliations.
- Provide audit support by supplying requested information.
- Generate manual payments to customers due to refunds or rebates.
- Post manual invoices.
- Execute month-end closing activities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement.
