Duties and Responsibilities

- Verify or proofread with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and internal consistency.
- Prioritize tasks and modify plans to address changing needs.
- Monitor and communicate workload to ensure customer timeframes are successfully met.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
- English-proficient
- College degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work independently with proper direction and minimal supervision.
- Ability to coordinate projects and engage meaningfully across departments.
- Analytical and decision-making skills required.
- Excellent communication, fact-checking, and trouble-shooting skills.
- Successful completion of comprehensive training for each segment of the role.
- Two years or more of editing and proofreading experience needed.
