Workday Technical Account Professional

At Workday, we're revolutionizing the enterprise software market by putting our people first. Our culture is driven by a value of employee-centricity, collaboration, and innovation. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with our largest strategic accounts.
The Technical Account Management team provides proactive and personalized support experiences for customers requiring higher engagement levels. You'll act as the primary point of contact for customers, advocate within Support and internal teams, and ensure business objectives alignment within teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with senior leadership, technical, and functional staff to remove roadblocks, address delays, and mitigate issues
- Managing multiple accounts simultaneously, driving customer self-sufficiency, and ensuring they understand how to engage with the Workday Support organization and leverage tools
- Championing and advocating for customers with internal and external stakeholders, participating in customer steering committee meetings, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for production customers
