We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to support the delivery of process and technology improvement projects/initiatives and global sustainable and integrated solutions for External Supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications for external supply chain solutions.
- Analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates.
- Develop user and technical specifications to support the development of approved solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement short-term and long-term solutions to improve external supply chain processes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of solutions that meet business needs and drive value realization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for external supply chain solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in IT system design and/or delivery, 3+ years in Pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment.
- Demonstrable experience in software development lifecycles using agile principles and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data module and pharmaceutical industry processes is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful team lead and solution design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a production support environment, including tasks, escalation routes, communications, and other related activities.
