Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Agile development methodologies and a proven track record of successfully analyzing business processes and developing automation solutions.
- Meet with business process SMEs to analyze feasibility of automation initiatives
- Record As-Is processes and create To-Be step-by-step documentation for development teams
- Assist in qualification process of automation initiatives
- Guide business through automation life cycle and obtain required documentation sign-off
- Maintain metrics updated with information gathered on each automation initiative
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, IT, Industrial or Operations
- Minimum 4 years of Business Analyst experience
- Proven ability to work with Agile development methodologies
- Smart Automation technical background (RPA, RDA, Chatbots, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
