**About the Role**

The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for providing critical support to the local Sourcing team by delivering insightful analysis and reporting on key Sourcing metrics. This individual will serve as a vital link between departments, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers alike.

**Key Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, quality, or related fields within a manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences are essential for success in this role.

**Core Skills and Qualifications**

- Purchasing and Supply Chain Experience: Proven track record of success in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple functions and levels both internally and externally.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Continuous Improvement and Cost Reduction: Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and cost reduction strategies, with the ability to implement process improvements and drive cost savings.
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: Understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
