About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Spa and all wellness activities within the hotel. This includes managing personnel, maintaining administrative skills, and overseeing the proper functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional treatments, massages, and client service
- Maintain contact with suppliers to place orders for materials
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses
- Handle resources, productivity, and costs
- Select and train new staff members
- Determine quality standards for services
- Elaborate department staff schedules

Requirements:

">

- Fluent English language proficiency
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in personnel management and related positions
- Training in traditional and alternative therapies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development within our company.
