As a Program Manager (Design), you will be part of our team responsible for delivering key art, display ads, trailers, sizzle videos, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage creative deliverables for our cross-functional creative team.
- Partner with the Creative Director to identify resources needed and assemble project teams.
- Manage the overall Design schedule, mitigating risks and keeping scope under control.
- Gather business requirements from Marketing and partner teams.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies/studios to assess project requirements.
- Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions and clearing blockers.
- Contribute to the overall creative process by assessing and managing risks, measuring progress, and anticipating bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and creative production at an advertising agency or network.
- Expert organizational skills and ability to prioritize and operate autonomously.
- Fluency in video, digital, and static formats, with understanding of asset management and ad trafficking.
- Ability to manage team analytics and capacity planning.
- Experience working with Project Management software.
- Understanding of digital design process, design execution, and roles on a design team.
