We are seeking an exceptional hiring manager liaison to join our team. As a recruiter for senior hires, you will be responsible for managing external hires across various types, including interns, students, college graduates, technical graduates, temporary positions, and experienced hires for corporate groups in the US and Canada.

Your primary focus will be on delivering quality of hire, increasing hiring managers' capability to secure top talent. You will work closely with business groups to understand their strategies, talent needs, and formulate recruitment plans.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with business groups to understand their strategies, talent needs, and formulate recruitment plans
  • Developing sourcing plans and strategies using labor market data and knowledge of talent pools
  • Presenting final slates to hiring managers, agreeing on interviews, and coordinating the process with talent coordinator colleagues
  • Providing guidance to business managers on day-to-day recruitment activities

This is a temporary position for a 12-month contract. For consideration, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing external recruiting activities at multinational companies or head-hunting agencies serving the US and Canada
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • A permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
