About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative UX Designer who can drive design excellence across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, with expertise in creating intuitive and seamless experiences that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design opportunities that align with business goals
- Develop and deliver high-quality design concepts, prototypes, and specifications that meet project requirements
- Work closely with product managers to refine product requirements and ensure design solutions meet user needs
- Partner with development teams to implement designs effectively and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Requirements:
- Advanced English language skills (fluent-advanced)
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on complex products and systems
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
- Expertise in Figma prototyping and other design tools (Axure, HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Agile/lean product development experience preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
