About the Role

We are a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, collaboration, and employee growth. As a Senior Equity Program Specialist, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional equity administration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure operational compliance with equity-related compensation plans by performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits.
  • Audit equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of vesting and release of Performance Share Unit and Restricted Stock Unit awards.
  • Support stock purchase plan administration activities.
  • Research, track, and respond to equity-related queries received from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
  • Perform quarterly access audits of all systems owned/managed by Global Equity.
  • Support the equity grant process and stock plan enrollment activities.
  • Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in stock plan administration, tax, accounting, or similar discipline preferred.
  • Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers.
  • Ability to research and convert findings into specific actionable recommendations.
