This Supply Chain Analyst role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to execute and manage assigned inventories, make recommendations for balancing service levels and inventory costs, and ensure that supply location personnel are trained and follow established work processes.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, and experience with SAP, especially in Sales & Distribution (SD) module with Materials Management, Production Scheduling, Delivery Order, and Shipment management responsibilities. Chemical industry or similar industry experience is highly desirable.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock locations, and ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement, and implement changes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and procurement teams.
