**Job Overview**
America Steel Trade Corporation, a leading international trading company based in North Miami, Florida, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the Central American market for our long and flat steel products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of flat and long steels in Central America
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure a competitive market position
- Prospect for new customers through phone calls and business meetings
- Provide exceptional customer service and delivery throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in long steel sales (Steel Billets, Rebar in Bars and coils, Wire Rod, all types of wire, commercial profiles) and Flat steel sales (HRC, CRC, Sheets, plates)
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and teammates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills
- Highly motivated with a passion for success
- Proficient in CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the steel industry or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
