**Job Summary**

With a workforce of over 1,000 Pfizer colleagues, GBS Shared Services is responsible for delivering standardized financial processes on behalf of Biopharmaceutical Finance and its business partners.
The GBS San Jose Financial Services team is a high-performing group responsible for the timely delivery of Procure-to-Pay activities. As a Procure-to-Pay Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting key procure-to-pay activities such as handling escalations, solving conflicts for P2P accounts, and troubleshooting purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor master data, and invoices/credits cases.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize own workload, prioritize, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Maintain and exceed metrics and goals.
- Take initiative in identifying processes and initiatives that fit into our Digital Finance strategy.
- Have strong analytical and process management skills.
- Actively support our GBS value proposition by keeping processes aligned with our delivery model and global standard.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or in progress in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1-4 years of relevant functional accounting or finance experience.
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills are required.
