We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Coordinator to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. This includes leading inventory discovery and collection of customers IT environment, looking up and validating HPE entitlement, delivering comprehensive reports, and providing recommendations on solutions for customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promoting the CAP program expansion worldwide.
- Monitoring program performance business targets.
- Extracting, analyzing, and providing data and reports to our customers.
- Providing daily support to multiple operational requests types (mailbox monitoring).
- Developing and maintaining SharePoint, Dashboards, and Document Repositories.
- Managing Operational Project/Initiatives.
- Collaborating with other geographies and global organizations regarding service support planning, implementation, and performance.
Requirements for this role include typically 0-1+ years of experience in related business, a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related area, or equivalent work experience, advance fluency in English Speaking and Writing, great communication and negotiation skills, critical thinking, and time management. Additionally, thorough knowledge of administrative and technical practices, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, basic project management knowledge, operational experience with proven results, and moderate knowledge of the IT and services industry are necessary.
