**Your Role: Financial Controller Transformation Expert**

You will lead the financial controller transformation, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective implementation of processes and systems. This includes:

  • Reviewing and approving journal entries, reports, and other deliverables during month-end close (MEC).
  • Ensuring proper account reconciliations and documentation alignment with IFRS and company policies.
  • Providing independent process reviews and ensuring effective controls are in place.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise a small team (2-3 members), focusing on performance review, continuous improvement, and task management.
  • Proactively highlight risks and opportunities, provide detailed support for audit samples & queries, and participate in SOX preparatory project work.
  • Complete the month-end checklist in detail, maintain an updated Business Continuity Plan, and preach best practices to all parties involved.
  • Maintain regular meetings with key stakeholders such as Open Items, BU Liaisons, and ensure current process documentation.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential and coordinate the month-end and year-end close processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced knowledge of IFRS.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, lead change across the organization, and within the GFS (Global Finance Services).
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with experience in fast-paced, results-driven roles within complex organizations.
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines, manage various demands, demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in working in multinational/global organizations, senior stakeholder exposure, handling sensitive issues/situations, and cultural differences.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

**Compensation Package:** We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.

The estimated total compensation package, including benefits and bonuses, can exceed $200,000 per annum.
