At Obi One Media, we are seeking a skilled Appointment Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls from prospective and current clients or customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls to provide excellent customer service and set up appointments with sales representatives.
• Makes outbound calls to prospects to schedule meetings or reschedule existing ones as needed.
• Maintains accurate records of conversations, indicating interest levels of each contact.

Requirements:

• Sales skills and basic knowledge of sales principles.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Data entry skills with the ability to type at fast speeds with high accuracy.
