T&A Specialist Lead

Job Description
The Associate - T&A Payroll plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of T&A processing. This includes reviewing and maintaining the T&A system, validating time and attendance data, and transmitting it to the payroll software. Additionally, this role ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and updates the T&A software accordingly.
This position also involves collaborating with various teams, including vendors, Digital, Finance, and others, to ensure technology, integrations, and system components are functional. The Associate - T&A Payroll responds to audit inquiries, educates and trains staff on employee tools, and records pertinent RCM and validation activities in corporate systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of T&A software and accurate processing of inputs.
- Validation of time and attendance data and transmission to payroll software.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with various teams to ensure technology and system components are functional.
- Response to audit inquiries and education of staff on employee tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in T&A, payroll, accounting, or human resources.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing.
- Fluency in English language.
