**Be part of 3M's dynamic Sourcing and Procurement team as a Sourcing and Procurement Expert**

This is an exciting opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to drive business growth and success by reviewing and approving purchase requisitions and purchase orders, troubleshooting invoices with purchasing issues, and delivering sourcing/procurement operations on time and in quality.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in similar roles, and expertise in procurement and buying.

You will also need SAP ERP MM/FI experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

In addition, you will need an advanced English level (B2/C1) and the ability to follow 3M's policies.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve sourcing and procurement operations
  • Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and key performance measures (KPMs)

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Expertise in procurement and buying
  • SAP ERP MM/FI experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
  • Advanced English level (B2/C1)
