We're seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our Data & Systems team at Moody's. As a key member of our Data and Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic and operational priorities and special projects.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of the Data & Analytics Hub project, focusing on data ingestion, modelling, and roadmap improvement to ensure timely Data initiative delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, BI, Automation & IT, to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that span multiple technology solutions, teams, or internal partners.
- Develop and implement efficient change management programs to ensure readiness for change across the business, promoting early adoption of new solutions and business processes.
- Implement a robust risk management framework with project teams and internal partners, identifying and mitigating potential risks and roadblocks.
- Create effective communications and reports using MS Office tools, JIRA, MIRO board, Slack, and SharePoint.
- Establish and track metrics to measure the performance of initiatives within your scope of work.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, financial analysis, and/or project management.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills, with a proven track record of making informed decisions.
- Familiarity with relational database architecture, financial systems architecture, or cloud data warehousing and implementation.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership of work, and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Jira platform experience a plus.
